Wedding Catering – Day & Evening Catering for a Special Celebration

We recently provided wedding catering for a special day, catering for both the daytime and evening celebrations.

This event was particularly meaningful for us, as it was for a former member of our team — making it an easy yes when we were asked to be part of it.

Catering for the Full Wedding Day

For this wedding, we provided two separate services:

Daytime catering:

• burgers

• fries

• relaxed lunch service for guests

Evening catering:

• NYC-style pizza slices

• fast, high-volume service for evening guests

Returning later in the day allowed us to support both parts of the celebration.

Flexible Wedding Catering

Providing both day and evening catering requires:

• careful planning

• flexible setup

• the ability to deliver consistently across multiple services

This approach works well for weddings where:

• guest numbers increase in the evening
