Isle of Wight Festival Catering 2025 – Event Catering Across the Water

We made our first trip to Isle of Wight Festival in 2025, providing campsite catering with our smaller burger bus.

This one was a bit different from most events — mainly because just getting there is half the job.

Logistics of Catering on the Isle of Wight

Unlike mainland events, this required careful planning, including:

  • ferry bookings for the catering unit

  • transport for stock vehicles

  • coordinating staff travel

Events like this highlight the behind-the-scenes work that goes into delivering catering at more remote locations.

Campsite Catering Setup

We were based in a campsite area, serving:

  • burgers

  • fries

  • fast, reliable service for festival-goers

Campsite catering is all about:

  • convenience

  • quick service

  • keeping people fed across long festival days

Great Weather & Strong Atmosphere

One of the standout parts of the event was the weather — a huge factor for festivals.

With clear skies and strong crowds, the atmosphere across the site was excellent throughout.

A Memorable First Year

As our first time at the festival, it was a great experience all round.

The team even managed to catch moments of the live music, including a performance from Justin Timberlake — always a bonus when working events like this.

Expanding to New Events

Taking on new festivals like this is a key part of growing our operation and continuing to expand into different locations and setups.

Planning a Festival or Remote Event?

If you’re organising an event that requires logistics planning, travel coordination, and reliable catering on site, experience makes all the difference.
