Download Festival Catering 2025 – Multi-Unit Event Catering Across Site

We returned to Download Festival in 2025, delivering large-scale event catering across multiple locations on site.

This year marked a step up for us, operating three separate units across the festival.

Multi-Unit Catering Across Download Festival

For this event, we operated:

• a burger unit in one campsite

• a second burger bus in another campsite

• a pizza shack near the main stage

This allowed us to serve different areas of the festival simultaneously and handle high demand throughout.

High-Volume Festival Catering

Download is known for:

• huge crowds

• long trading hours

• constant demand for food

With multiple units running, we were able to:

• serve continuously across the site

• reduce pressure on individual locations

• maintain fast service even during peak times

Pizza & Burgers for Festival Crowds

Across our units, we served:

• burgers and fries in campsite areas

• large NYC-style pizza slices near the main stage

The mix of offerings worked well, giving festival-goers:

• quick, filling food

• easy grab-and-go options

• reliable service wherever they were on site

Scaling Up Our Operation

Operating multiple units at a festival like Download requires:

• strong planning and coordination

• experienced staff

• the ability to maintain consistency across locations

This event was a great example of how we’ve grown our setup to handle larger-scale catering.

A Standout Event

Download remains one of the biggest events of the year, and it’s always a highlight for us to be part of it.

We’re proud to continue catering at such a major festival.
