We recently provided corporate event catering in Northampton for a staff event with Stagecoach, celebrating the launch of their new fleet of buses.

It was a great opportunity to support a well-known organisation and deliver catering for a large team event.

Catering for a Corporate Launch Event

The event marked the unveiling of Stagecoach Northampton’s latest buses, bringing together drivers and staff to celebrate the launch.

Our role was to provide:

• breakfast catering for early arrivals

• hot food service throughout the morning

• fast, efficient service for a large group

We served a full breakfast menu including:

• sausages

• bacon

• eggs

• mushrooms

• beans

Alongside our usual favourites — with a few early-morning burgers making an appearance too.

Adapting When Plans Change

Before the event, our Burger Bus decided not to cooperate — but situations like this are exactly why flexibility matters.

We quickly transferred our setup into our Pizza Bus and continued as planned, ensuring the event ran smoothly without disruption.

Early Starts, Reliable Service

With an early morning setup required, the team arrived on site at the crack of dawn to prepare everything in time for service.

The event was a great success, with strong attendance and a positive atmosphere throughout.
