Reflecting on my journey in the catering business, one valuable lesson I wish I had known from the start is the sheer size of a 40-foot bus when it comes to event and corporate catering.
While they undoubtedly make a striking impression, their length presents a myriad of logistical challenges that can limit our ability to attend certain events.
Not only do they require a HGV license to drive, but manoeuvring them into tight spaces can often prove to be a logistical nightmare.
However, in the midst of these challenges, I stumbled upon a delightful solution—a smaller bus that promises to revolutionise our operations.
With its compact size, it opens up a world of possibilities for attending events that were previously inaccessible.
With excitement and anticipation, I've acquired this new addition to our fleet, envisioning its transformation into a versatile vehicle for corporate and event catering endeavours.
As we embark on this new chapter, I look forward to the opportunities it will bring and the lessons it will undoubtedly teach along the way.
